Ordering

  • When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
  • If there is an issue with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately here.

Delivery

  • The standard delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days for in-stock items. You can find information about the current stock status for each product on our website.
  • If there are delays in delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us here.

Prices

  • All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, price list errors, and inaccuracies in prices based on incorrect information.

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

When purchasing goods online, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive an ordered item.

  • If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, it should include the order number, the number of items purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for the return. If you have any questions, please contact us here.
  • You also have a 3-month warranty.
  • You have the right to open the package and examine the product to the extent necessary to determine your satisfaction. If the product has been handled more than necessary (to determine its characteristics and function) and is not substantially unchanged, Peking Distribution reserves the right to make deductions for depreciation from the amount to be refunded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products with the character of sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products tailored specifically to you or with a clear personal touch according to your preferences.
  • Services that have been fulfilled and where you have explicitly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to correct the issue at no cost.

  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be made immediately after the defect is discovered. Click here.
